REAL WORLD GIFS
Recently re-named the ''Real World Gifs' were developed in the studio as a way to create a digital work that seemingly inhabits the physical world. Its an illusion of course and a fairly effective one until you walk round the back of the sculptures and discover that they are just simple screens - but I think that their beauty lies in this miss-match of hi and low tech.
These four were shown at Sierra Metro in Edinburgh in 2009 but I would like to make some bigger ones that could be shown outside.
