ICEBERG VIDEO MAPPING
The Iceberg was developed in collaboration with Katy Wilson as part of her residency for Star Catchers at the Tramway in Glasgow in 2010. It is a three dimensional stage which is projected onto with video animations that are manipulated live as part of the performance. The Iceberg was developed over several workshop sessions and live events and used my Real World Gifs as a starting point. You can see several of the images from the workshops and events to the right.
I'm in the process of developing several new works that used the same form of video mapping combined with more interactivity for the used/performer. Potentially producing simple video games that will be projected onto purpose built constructions.
